Is Harry Reid in trouble of losing?
I heard on the Scarbucks Show this morning that his polls were below 40% and he was running against a former popular basketball player at UNLV, Danny Tarkanian. He is the son of the former coach and towel chewer, Jerry Tarkanian.

If Reid loses, whatever in the world will we do without him? And why do Democrats keep choosing their leadership from states where they are so weak and could lose in any election? Before Reid, they had Daschle. He was defeated in South Dakota.

I wonder what weak-state we will get the next leader from??

1. Max Baucus's stellar work on health care and small state status make him a prime candidate

12. Popularity, not seniority.
They could elect Burris if they wanted.

9. Reid has been rather weak as Senate Leader. And that's being nice.
It would be difficult to find someone with less of a spine. He should have been a door mat at the White House. When Bush was there, that's truly what he did best. He let the GOP walk all over him, then wipe the dog poo off their shoes when they were done.

Door mat.

13. Reid's the one covering his eyes in this pic.

As you can see, he can't even look at the spine.

15. I say go all the way- make Jim Inhofe majority leader
After all he's not really a Democrat either and he will undoubtedly try to fuck us at every turn, just like Harry, but at least he'll be up front about it.
