The top priority of Health Care Reform right now is the survival of the Insurance Companies.
I've heard nothing from the President or Congress to make me think otherwise.
After that, it seems to be controlling costs (but not profits) and then covering the uninsured.
Affordable health care for all Americans is an afterthought.
