can anybody give me information on the girl who was

denied an operation in Oregon who died. I'm working on an LTTE (I usually get it in the que on Sunday morning, but I've been busy with papers) or other examples of individuals snuffed by Health Insurance death panels.

1. Girl in Glendale, California

There was an infamous case last year involving a teenage girl in Glendale, California. Nice teenager from Armenian family (that community has a reputation in California of being very religious and family-oriented). She had pancreatic cancer (I think), and the health ins. pigs denied her surgery until there was an uproar in the Los Angeles media. They finally approved the surgery a day before she died. I hope the family sues the crap out of them.

2. Thanks, I got it mixed up with another case

I saw something on here the other day about how the insurance co. was getting sued by her family.
