Did Rand Paul's campaign manager threaten town hall violence?

What in the world ... ?

From the Twitter page of David Adams, campaign manager for Dr. Rand Paul's run at Kentucky's soon-to-be-vacated U.S. Senate seat, comes this Very disconcerting tidbit, spotted by a Kentucky progressive blog ...

He's referring to an upcoming town hall meeting with Kentucky's Democratic Congressman John Yarmuth.

The exact intent of the Tweet is unclear, though it leaves this writer with the impression that Republicans who attend the Yarmuth town hall should be wary of gun violence.

But ... Why?
