I was flipping through the channels and I watched Beck for a minute, that's about all I could stand. And my God is he insane, someone needs to get him some mental help.

You see, if you watch/listen to Glenn Beck, you've invited this delusional fascist into your living room or your car to have a uncontested monologue for an hour. It would be like asking Jim Jones to take a ride with you and your kids and ask him what he thinks about things.

Does Beck REALLY truly believe that Jones is some kind of Trojan horse for "anti-capitalist, radical marxism", and the the fact that Obama in his youth studied marxist ideas makes him a radical? We all can see from the adult Obama's policies, statements and actions that he clearly believes in capitalism and the markets. The picture Beck shows of Jones is from 40 years ago to make him look like some young dangerous terrorist. Check out the video of Jones and see the reality. He looks like a harmless bureaucrat now and devoted to providing a bridge within our CAPITALIST economy to green jobs that help the environment and get us off our war inducing petroleum addiction. So for Beck's wild conspiracy theories all that matter is his past, 40 years ago, that he was once a member of the fringe group the Weather Underground and a student activist against the Vietnam war.

Ironically Beck, with his television platform on Fox to reach millions to spin his frightening conspiracy theories and stir up fear and hatred in his viewers, is MUCH more a danger to this country and democracy than Jones is or ever was.

I just couldn't make it that far into the clip. The people who watch this man, and take him seriously, are really really stupid, or really really fucked up. Or both.

I think it would be hilarious, but it enrages me too much to get through it.
