3. I got an idea for the bucket of water

I sent an email to liberal and conservative friends with a link to the bill (the one at house.gov site). I told them how to read a bill, and then attached my notes on the bill for an example of what to do. Title of email was "Read for yourself and decide". So far I've heard back from one liberal friend, who thanked me profusely, and one conservative friend who said she would look at it this weekend, when she had time to study it--she said she realized something needed to be done, which I think is a step in the right direction.
