Just making stuff up like that is not satirical. to be effective, you have to put it in a context where the informed reader can tell the difference. That's what sets it apart from just 'making shit up'. Remember, we can't see your facial expression so a bunch of random Beck-sounding quotes is misleading and just gives ammo to his defenders.

On edit, a map: This satirizes the violence that Beck and others (think O'Reilly/Tillman) have stirred up while disavowing complicity in it. ;)

He was claiming we'll be seeing miracles in our lifetimes (after he is silenced and returns with "a thousand times more power" earlier this week).
