CHENEY: I don't --

well, it is an important issue, but I think the proposals the Administration has made are -- do not deserve to be passed. I think the fact that there is a lot of unrest out there in the country that gets expressed in these town hall meetings with folks coming and speaking out very loudly about their concerns indicates that there are major, major problems of what the administration is proposing.

But isn't it nice that he's suddenly paying attention to "folks coming and speaking out very loudly about their concerns," and concluding that that indicates there are "major, major problems" with what the administration is proposing.
