I actually wanted to say "get the fuck off" but my new found Kennedy conscience wouldn't allow it.

But he shouldn't be on there. For one, he's a vile little turd. For two, he's...well do we even need to get passed one?

Let's get him off of there.

6. Well it does have an effect of teaching soldiers about enemy mind control.
So long as the soldiers are trained in manipulated propaganda techniques it in some way is training in how to think about and ignore things that are not credible. They could have squad meetings teaching soldiers how propaganda is used to change peoples perception of reality, and use the false connections made by many shows as examples.

That assumes they have been taught how propaganda works.

A group of people like eating lots of vegetables. Look Look, 'someone' is eating a vegetable, that means his social and economic beliefs are the same as that other group.

That sums up much of the comments of propagandists. False perceptions based on broken logic. The rest can be summed up by pointing out 'someone' never ate a vegetable, deception and smear.

In a more spiritual context learning discernment would be helpful for people also.

13. Um, soldiers are trained BY manipulated propaganda techniques.
"So long as the soldiers are trained in manipulated propaganda techniques it in some way is training in how to think about and ignore things that are not credible."

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. You can't get a person to rush into battle by teaching them to recognize hype and bullshit. In fact the whole point of the military is to get soldiers to blindly follow orders and operate by rote, without thinking.

8. Rush Limbaugh IS the voice of the military-industrial complex....
He is Tokyo Rose and much more.

I'm sure his multi-million dollar salary is not sustained by diet aids, credit repair schemes and Viagra.

9. Isn't he on the record saying that he wants the Commander in Chief to fail?
Somebody that unpatriotic has no place on Armed Forces Radio.

14. Why do they keep him, since he vilifies the CIC every damn day?
I just don't get it, "free speech" or not.

Why would they tolerate his crap?

16. I'm not quite sure, but as I pondered the void Ted Kennedy death leaves us with, it occurred
to me to take this off in small bites. This week, I focus my democratic efforts on this issue. Next week, I'll add something else, and not quit the former while the latter is going on.

It's like my small part.

17. How is propaganda against the commander-in -chief not a conflict of interest?
I cannot fathom the level of ignorance here.
