7. manager of wilson spoke on radio today - he met with fire fighters to inform them of historic stuff
that needs saving. Also the towers in the pics - they provide communications for TV stations, FBI and such..priority for saving.

So it would be fire and earthquake proof? Seeing as so much depends on it and it's all concentrated in one place?

9. Heard that on Channel 4 tonight.
They said a DC-10 is out in Van Nuys set to start work at daybreak.

Shame about those two firefighters. What a terrifying death. Not directly related, but sort of...being part of a firefighting family, it irks me when people don't follow evacuation orders. I understand making that choice with a voluntary order, but get the hell out when it becomes mandatory!

How's the air quality out your way?
