1. Still dangerous.

Either this is a planned whitewash designed to make W look good (notice how W is the "voice of reason" in all these stories) or Cheney is the closest thing we have in this country to a coup leader.
Either way, he remains a dangerous figure for our freedom.

3. As I watched excerpts from the interview on Washington Journal this morning

it was clear, the man is afraid - very afraid.

He knows he is going to be prosecuted. I'd be willing to bet he knows of things that will be found by the investigations that have yet to be exposed. It is why he is adamant about stopping the investigation(s).
