Just where the hell is common sense?

I had four cops at my door at midnite. They said that a neighbor had called, charging that I was throwing a woman around. When they arrived, I was asleep, just like the last four hours. They SAID they heard a woman crying, and said they can come in without a warrant. They searched, then asked who was in my crawlspace. I answered in a curt voice, Jimmy Hoffa. They searched there too.

Contrast that to the tent city kidnapper. They had neighbors calling, and officials showing up, warning that if there is anyone in there living, it MAY be a violation of some minor sort. How can a heart patient, asleep, alone, be told he has NO civil rights, and the really guilty, are coddled? The values of this society, are upside down.

The right hates Professor Gates, and would have liked to see him marked up a bit. For DARING to question a cop. In his own home. Now, the right is lionizing over a guy that was smartmouthing a cop, taunting him visibly, and then shouting fascism, should not be touched, by threat of death penalty.

I have been fighting crooked judge/cop teams, using NEW QUAINT definitions of existing laws, to fleece us. I beat their asses, and they have targeted me. This place under Obama is NOT responding to the general cease and desist. The police state is ramping up fast. The driver is the economy, employment, and the new focus on property protection. To the detriment of public safety. And all those fleecing schemes cropping up.

One horrible side effect from the Patriot and the general anti-war rally knuckle-headed response we saw in 2003-2004, is that local law enforcement has lost sight of their jobs, and the limitations imposed on them by our constitution.

The cop, told me that my taking that punk, that purposely threatened many lives, to the cops, made me a stalker, and an american terrorist, and that he could take me to Guantanamo. I loudly objected, and said that punks like that SHOULD be afraid that their asses were in jeopardy. Chilling moment.

I don't know how much exactly, but I do know they have way more power than they used to.

I don't think domestic abuse was reported in Antioch. I think it was just suspicious behavior. They did go all around the guy's property. He had a false fence and I think a lot behind the lot the regular house was on.

I really don't know what the answer is in these crazy times. People deserve their privacy, but we all want cops to be magicians when it comes to saving lives.
