Found these old photos of Kennedy funeral 1963, with Ted.
My dad took these pictures while in DC on Business. Just came across them Saturday night while looking at old family slides.
Thought you might find them interesting.

1. What I remember was the roll of drums
and the particular rhythm they used. Haven't heard it since. That was such a long time ago--such a devastating time.

Part 1 - this might be the unusual drumming you're referring to - 100 beats a minute according to the announcer

4. As I recall
it was state dignitaries that had come from all over the world for the funeral. Heads of state, mostly, I believe.

6. That's a pretty clear picture of Teddy Kennedy.

And look at the tall guy, in the middle. Must be LBJ. I feel for the lady with the high heels. I don't think that is Jackie, but she could be in front. There is another lady next to Teddy.

Edit: Just looked at the youtube video and it seems Jackie is up front with Teddy and Bobby and the tall guy is DeGaulle.
