I've been having trouble with mine - can't set Preferences, or use the arrows to go forward in time.

Is that happening to you?

8. The arrows no longer work for me either, and I don't use Preferences

but to tell the truth my Firefox has been wonky all day. I like tvguide.com for a quick look and a little gossip..
