Joe Biden will speak at the Brooking's Institution this morning at 10:00am on the stimulus package and where the economy stands. He will take questions after he speaks. Cspan will cover it live.

Folks, if your news normally comes from the major cable or network sources why don't you watch one of these things all the way through. You'll be amazed how much that will be reported later in the day is taken out of context and the only way to know it is to have seen the original in full. It really opens your eyes when you see it for yourself and here is a great opportunity to see how it works in the real world. Even our side does it, truncates for effect, you might call it.
