Biden's speech was fantastic

He really gets a bum rap.

The guy has a real-person vibe about him that is hard to fake.

I wish he was younger, because he'd make a helluva good candidate in '16.

1. I think he should run in 2016 anyway
It's all I was thinking about while listening to him speak.

His enthusiasm for the future is infectious.

3. Got up this a.m. with a sinus headache and just generally grumpy
and then there was Joe on c-span doing his explaining. Hot damn, that guy is just plain smart and nice. Made my morning. Was it even on other cable channels? He doesn't and didn't play games with his outlook on the economy and gave verifiable examples. How long has it been since we had someone speak to the people without the bs?

Obama's good but he doesn't make it simple enough for the masses. He may intimidate some repubs. That's why Biden was an excellent choice for VP!

5. He's an exceptional human being and a rare, tell-it-like-it-is politician.
I can't praise Joe highly enough.

7. Agree -- As I was watching this clip I was thinking that he could probably
better tell the R's to shove it than Obama has been able to. With his history and relationships in the Senate, I think he would be more able to cajole and dialogue w/the opposition. I wish Obama would turn him loose! They make a great team -- each brings such tremendous gifts to the table.

9. Can't you just see Joe telling the R's to go eff themselves -
with a big smile on his face.

8. Joe gives great speeches and rarely gets
any credit for them. It was a speech to IAFF made me an avid Biden supporter. I showed it to other people and they were blown away.

The White House needs to use Joe more on the health care issue. No one would be shouting him down. He is knowledgeable, persuasive, and absolutely compelling. He is teased about talking too much, but the guy can rattle off facts and figures at the drop of a hat and actually make it interesting to mainstream America.
