Anybody here a lawyer or have experience draftng legal documents, lets have some fun! re: healthcare

I have an idea. I want to draw up a legal document for people OPPOSED TO HEALTH CARE REFORM. It will be a simple agreement that the signee would agree not to participate in any government run health care plan and if they they do they will agree to to donate a certain amount of money or time to a progressive cause like MoveOn, ACLU or People for the American Way.
