Is that calculated as:

(total expenditures for everyone) / (number of people in the country)

or

(total expenditures for everyone) / (number of people with health insurance)

It seems odd to include people who have no access to health care in that figure. We spend a significantly higher amount "per people with access" than "per capita".

We're getting raked over the coals while the insurancy industry and its executives stuff their pockets full of our money.

15. Ewwww. I have any old friends like that on "limited" so they

can't see anything I do on Facebook. They are just in my friends list because they friended me. They can't even see my status updates or photos.

He also asked if my dogs were gay when I posted a picture of them a few weeks ago.
