Senate candidate Brunner gives keynote at LGBT anti-discrimination vigil.

Ohio Secretary of State and candidate for U.S. Senate gave a keynote speech at an Ohio vigil in support of a Federal bill to end employment and housing discrimination against LGBT persons in the USA.

Brunner is best known for her supervision of the 2008 Ohio election where she cleaned up the corruption and incompetence created by the previous SoS, ultra-conservative psychopath Ken Blackwell. Blackwell is blamed for handing Ohio to George W. Bush and therefore a second term in 2004. She is a real progressive and is running against a status quo, establishment candidate, Lt. Gov. Lee Fisher. Lee Fisher, a former atty. general, was lost his reelection effort in 1994. He also lost the governor's race to Bob Taft (who later became the only governor in the nation to have a criminal record) in 1998.
