Democrats, always giving in to the Reich wing. I am so tired of being out-maneuvered and our politicians being pushed around by these fucking thugs.

3. He signed on to the 9/11 conspiracy, thats what finished him....
Sorry, but if it was just the a$$hole comment, he would have been fine. I wish it was only that. He signed the petition, and theres no way to spin it, so he was finished. Its a shame, but he did it to himself.

4. Study canine ;pack psychology . . .
. . . it's simple, they are still the alpha's. Dems are the betas.

We beat them in the election, but we didn't hold them down by the throat till they surrendered. We let them get back up again too soon with gestures of bipartisanship and reconciliation. That was a huge mistake. Now they're going for our jugular and we're just rolling over and showing our bellies.

We need left-wing warriors (even if that is somewhat a paradox) - Maybe we have to hire them.

Which is probably why I cannot remember the dozens of other times a republican said something outrageous and never resigned or even said sorry.

21. Read this Acronym, mark and remember:
I.O.K.I.Y.A.R.!!!!

As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be.

Oh yeah, and the "9/11" thing? Stop trying to effing kid thyselves that 9/11 happened the way Lee Hamilton/Phil Zelikow commission SAID it did. The Bewsh Administration, which received no less than 40 warnings from intelligence by 11 different countries was completely innocent of wrongdoing? Saudi Arabia was completely innocent of wrongdoing? Several defense and security arms of the government and military, who are trained to the hilt to deal with this sort of thing, failed and failed on that day ONLY? These guys just absolutely slipped under our radar and terrorist watch lists? Seriously?

Yet these guys lied about war CLEARLY and were still allowed to remain presidentin'. Sure thing, pally.

32. Quote Bush Jr., "OK, you covered your ass, now."
http://blog.buzzflash.com/contributors/1468

On August 6, 2001, exactly 36 days before 9-11, George was handed a Presidential Daily Briefing that was actually titled: "Bin Laden determined to strike in the US." George was on yet another vacation in Crawford at the time and according to Ron Susskind, he told the agent who handed him the briefing "Okay, you covered your ass, now." The August 6 date is stuck in my mind forever, because exactly four years later, I marched for the first time down Prairie Chapel Road demanding to meet with George and ask him the question: "What Noble Cause?" That question is still unanswered and month upon month only brings more ignobility with no end in sight.

http://www.progressive.org/mag/wx011909.html

But his boast served only as a reminder that he was asleep on that job on August 6, 2001, when he was warned in his presidential daily briefing that “Bin Laden determined to attack inside the U.S.”

Seconds after he got that warning, he told his CIA briefer, “OK, you covered your ass. You can go now.” The next day, down at the ranch, Bush went golfing and joked with reporters about his lousy game.

Thursday night he pretended as though he became commander in chief on September 11. Actually, he failed miserably in that role in the weeks leading up to that fateful day.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/06/19/AR2006061901211.html

Tenet and his loyalists also settle a few scores with the White House here. The book's opening anecdote tells of an unnamed CIA briefer who flew to Bush's Texas ranch during the scary summer of 2001, amid a flurry of reports of a pending al-Qaeda attack, to call the president's attention personally to the now-famous Aug. 6, 2001, memo titled "Bin Ladin Determined to Strike in US." Bush reportedly heard the briefer out and replied: "All right. You've covered your ass, now." Three months later, with bin Laden holed up in the Afghan mountain redoubt of Tora Bora, the CIA official managing the Afghanistan campaign, Henry A. Crumpton (now the State Department's counterterrorism chief), brought a detailed map to Bush and Cheney. White House accounts have long insisted that Bush had every reason to believe that Pakistan's army and pro-U.S. Afghan militias had bin Laden cornered and that there was no reason to commit large numbers of U.S. troops to get him. But Crumpton's message in the Oval Office, as told through Suskind, was blunt: The surrogate forces were "definitely not" up to the job, and "we're going to lose our prey if we're not careful."

There is plenty of room for more answers to what happened on 09/11/2001 from the Bush Administration.
