What part of the word "option" is it difficult for Republicans to understand?

What part of the word "option" is it difficult for Republicans to understand?
I got an email forward from a freeper friend about how they have their undies all in a bind because Congress should be forced to take the healthcare in any bill. Don't they have the option the same as anyone else? Or did "option" simply go right over the heads of the people who would so willingly believe in "death panels"?

2. It's Very Hard to Find in a Dictionary, too.
All those pages of words that start with O...it's just too much.
