KO isn't on Countdown tonight -
I hope his absence doesn't have anything to do with his father's health, which he mentioned the other evening.................

5. Ahhhhhh!
You know what?

I bet you're right.

Thank you for making me feel a whole lot better, and, I must admit, Lawrence O'Donnell is a perfectly wonderful guest host.

Thank you so much...............

7. I've been a Yankee fan my whole life,
and I've been watching Jeter, and I knew that about KO, but I never put tonight and KO together.

Of course that's where he is.

I sure hope he is.

Jeter is a work of art..............................

10. He's a huge JETER fan?
I sure couldn't tell from how he talked about him on Dan Patrick's radio show.

Oh well, he's either watching the Yankees or prepping for Football Night, I hope.

A smart, gorgeous man two years younger than my mom, but that's a discussion for a different section.

He should have his own shown...

11. Didn't Keith mention a run in with the health system
on his show the other night? Did he lose another family member?

12. He said his father got sick -
didn't say what - and he was in rehab (that means a nursing home), and KO was wondering what would have happened to his father if he (KO) didn't have money "to spread around."

His mother died this past Spring, so you can imagine the anxiety with his father's getting sick/injured. This happens so often, and it's awfully hard.

But he said his father was doing better, so I'm going to bet that he's at the Yankee game tonight.......................
