So Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert (finally) return on Monday. Did they miss anything?

They do vacations like Johnny Carson and George W. Bush used to do. Endless.

That said, they will be welcome voices in the midst of the current insanity surrounding us. They better be rested and ready. We need them now.

Hell... vacations and like that are leftovers from when working people had a chance in this country.

Besides, they don't need vacations. They've got the easiest jobs in the US. Shit, just play the tapes of assholes flapping their lips and have Jon look at the camera and say "Uhhhnnnn????" All Colbert has to do is just repeat the stupid quotes. Brings down the house every time.
