It is VERY hard to believe this is not satire
That guy from FreedomWorks who announced yesterday that ABC reported 1.5 mil new exactly what he was doing.

Introducing 'American Grand Jury' ...

March on D.C. draws 2 million!

~snip~

D.C. police estimates the crowd at 1.2 million. ABC News, however, reported this afternoon that the crowd was estimated at 2 million.

By the way, one of the Patriot’s steet reporters asked one policeman what he thought:

the DC police officer said, “I’ve been here 20 years and this is the largest crowd I’ve ever seen.”

Wanna bet this outpouring of patriots way outnumbers the so-called “Million Man March”?

(...) March on D.C. Draws 2 Million!: (...)

And on a side note, kinda scary, at the Redneck link:

... Again sir, we are saying firmly but, nicely “stop your dismantling of our country.” And despite your state-run media’s attempts to lessen us, our numbers and our cause, you know how many of us there truly are. We are peaceful now. But, if history proves to be a factor in predicting the future, all tyrants are eventually overthrown–most of them in a very unambiguously “unpeaceful“ way.

Please think carefully about your next counter move. In the end, good will defeat evil. But, We-the-People of the United States plan to bring it about–in our area–sooner. We-the-People will not be controlled by a despot and persecutor. Had you been born in the USA, perhaps you might better understand. ...

The crowd yesterday was at the least 1,5 millions. I believe it was larger than this if you rely on this explanation:

There are more of us at home that really wanted to go, such as, those who had to work, disabled, children to tend to, ect. The next Presidentual election if we are given the same type of choices between the parties I say lets all write in Glenn Beck for President. I know he doesn’t care to run for the job but he is the only person who is truly standing on the principles what we beleive in and understands the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as we understand them. Thanks Mr. Glenn Beck for being the voice that united a nation. We grew and grew and none as seen the true force of those who are standing up…but they will if they continue in Washington D.C. the way they have these past few months. They may want our destruction but paper and words can not destroy the people who believe in freedom. God Bless America, Again!

# Follow the Constitution Says:

Of course they were LYING! They really thought the turn out wasn’t going to be much and they could just down play it afterwards as merely a FEW right wing extremists!

In the words of Gomer Pile: SURPRISE! SURPRISE!

Let’s see what BS they dream up to discredit this movement! The ones that shouldn’t discredit this if they know what’s good for them are all the Senators and Congress people! They are the ones that should really get a wake up call here, because if they are dumb enough to try and blow this off, then that just proves they are too STUPID to be in office and need to get booted out!

This is funny -
a lot of the cops there were from Virginia, brought in for the event, paid overtime.

They have absolutely no knowledge of how to estimate crowds. Even the Park Police quit doing it after the Million Man March.

That a "journalist" would report, as fact, the rambling estimation of a police officer is hilarious. They're both a couple of twenty-watt bulbs.

I've lived here a long time, and this gathering wasn't even in the top ten of big events. Maybe 30,000, almost all of them followers of Freedomworks.

It's a joke.....................

6. Well, technically, they're right. 1.2 Million people DID march in D.C.
Just not yesterday, and not for them.

Even President Obama didn't attract 2 million people to his inauguration, when estimates ranged from 1.2 million to 1.8 million people

14. Hard To Believe
that many Americans are that fucking stupid. Even harder to believe the poor in West Virginia side with the very people who want them to starve or die without healthcare. It is like they hope to gain brownie points by kissing the asses of the wealthy.

I took my 87 year old mother to the beauty parlor last week and was told by one of her friends she doesn't want the government involved in her Medicare and she is opposed to socialism. My mother told her Medicare is government insurance and social security is a socialist program and that she is sure the government would be happy to save the money if she wanted to stop participating.
