7. How many hours of community service did Diaper Dave commit to the Escort Industry?
Vitter the Shitter probably deserves some kind of honor and recognition for that selfless sacrifice to the ladies of the evening.

According to text of the United States Housing Act of 1937, provided on the HUD site, an 8-hour per-month requirement is already in there:

http://www.hud.gov/offices/ogc/usha1937.pdf">United States Housing Act of 1937

Is Vitter asking for 8 more hours? Does anyone have a link to Vitter's amendment?
