Orly Taitz smackdown!!
Ha! You gotta love that judge...

From Huffington Post & Ledger-Enquirer:

snip...

Land also put attorney Orly Taitz, who represents Capt. Connie Rhodes and is a leader in the national "birther" movement, on notice by stating that she could face sanctions if she ever files a similar "frivolous" lawsuit in his court.

"(Rhodes) has presented no credible evidence and has made no reliable factual allegations to support her unsubstantiated, conclusory allegations and conjecture that President Obama is ineligible to serve as president of the United States," Land states in his order. "Instead, she uses her complaint as a platform for spouting political rhetoric, such as her claims that the president is 'an illegal usurper, an unlawful pretender, an unqualified imposter.'"

snip...

1. That is Great to Hear
I will have to remember the phrase "conclusory allegations." Right-wingers do a LOT of that.

"Land was nominated by President George W. Bush on September 21, 2001, to a seat vacated by J. Robert Elliot. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on December 13, 2001, and received his commission on December 21, 2001."

5. You can read the entire 14 pages of the ruling here:
"...For the reasons previously stated, Plaintiff’s motion for a temporary restraining order is denied and Plaintiff’s complaint is dismissed in its entirety. Defendants shall recover their costs from plaintiff."

Ouch. Time for another fundraiser.

It's a simple path.
Deploy her, then arrest her for insubordination and defamation of the CiC. Then court-martial and imprison her.

18. Perhaps Billionaire Industrialist Tony Stark can make her a suit of powered armor.
Then she could be known as War Machine and use her new found powers in order to keep America safe for democracy. Or she could use it to file further frivolous lawsuits and blow shit up for the entertainment of her fellow freepers.

turned out of office, McCain/Palin will take over. They claim if Obama is illegitimate, so is Biden.

24. That ingrate soldier is UNBELIEVABLE!!!
According to that court document, the US taxpayers paid for her last 2 years of medical school + intern stints. At the very least, she should be deployed to any and every hellhole on the planet for this chickenshit lawsuit. It's truly breathtaking.

Thanks for the link--the ruling is hilarious. Whoever wrote it must have had a blast.
