The most wonderful thing was the dad's reaction. He was undoubtedly disappointed that his treasure disappeared, but his interaction with his daughter was beautiful.

6. I saw it this morning, too
What a good Dad. His initial "Nooooo!" reaction evaporated the second she turned back around to him. You can see it go across his mind like the reader board in Times Square: "What are you gonna do?"

10. They showed that on our local news this morning. I was really hoping
that someone would toss the ball back up to dad, but I guess that didn't happen. He was really sweet about it.

11. Someone from the organization
went up into the stands, shortly after, and presented him with one of the team's balls. (I don't know that it was the same one. Could have been, though.)

16. The perfect end would be for the person who ultimately got the ball to contact the club ......
.... find the fan, and get the ball to the little girl ..... with the teams' autographs on it.

He was so sweet to the little bunny. What a good dad.

Kicking as a nice antidote to all the sad/bad threads today (Cracker Barrel, etc). Nice to see some emotional maturity in the world.

26. The nicest thing about this video: the little girl never knew her dad was disappointed.
He never showed anything but affection for her.
