Dick Armey attempting JUDICIAL ACTIVISM to PRIVATIZE MEDICARE :

Armey's goal is to accomplish THROUGH THE COURTS what the corporatists have (so far) been unable to accomplish democratically:

Specifically, Armey wants to make Medicare NON-universal for elderly & open floodgates on physician NON-participation in Medicare.

If he achieves that, then Medicare will cease being universal for the elderly & will evolve into a mostly indigent program.

Then the Republicans can achieve what they have been falsely accusing Democrats of planning: cut funding to Medicare, thus rationing care for the indigent, while affluent elderly contract privately with non-participating physicians.





The bottom line is another TWO examples of Republican PROJECTION - - in which they are doing exactly the things they accuse Democrats of doing:

- - - JUDICIAL ACTIVISM

- - - attempting to cut Granny's medical care.




These people are serious and unrelenting. We would be foolish to underestimate them.

Their ultimate goal is no less than the PRIVATIZATION of both Medicare and Social Security.

This battle is being fought on multiple fronts - - in the courts, and in the committee rooms where corporatist politicians (not confined to one party) are crafting "reform".

We must remain eternally vigilant.

Currently, since every Social Security recipient is enrolled in Medicare, Medicare is universal for the elderly, and physicians cannot bill Medicare enrollees fees considered excessive by Medicare.

Armey's goal is to create a system in which thousands of physicians would become non-participating in Medicare, and would force the elderly to opt out of Medicare in order to access care..... And he's doing it in the name of "choice".

Projection is not just a room at the movie theater.

There is no way I can afford this on my own it would be a death sentence in less than a year for me....

They have no souls and are destined for the Lake of Fire. Since they know this, they punish as many innocent people as they can in hopes of darkening a heart or two so they feel better about going to Hell.
