hell he's hard to listen to with his delivery like it is. I suspect he has a good brain, it's just his mouth that gets in the way.

6. One of the best...

I like Ratigan a lot as well... he's a straight shooter, not afraid to rock the boat. He's no more fast talking than Chris Matthews, but, in my opinion, says a lot more with less BS.
