There's an active DU group for people that want to impeach the "current administration"

The mission of the DU Impeach Group is to discuss impeachment as a strategy for dismantling the power of the current administration. We do not want to debate the merits of impeachment, but rather the hows of accomplishing this. The Impeach Group discusses how to accomplish impeachment of the current administration, the most effective ways to lobby Congress, and Democrats who may or may not favor impeachment. Members are not permitted endorse or support non-Democratic party candidates who support impeachment.

2. It's dated 7/28/07 and was meant for the boosh admin.
Why do you seem so happy to see "the current administration" impeached?

13. An excellent example of what goes around comes around
We did not have chances to disrupt Republican members of Congress in Town Hall meetings, but I am sure, given the chance, we would have. Perhaps because the Republicans stay away from any domestic changes.

And we called Bush and his cabinet members fascists and other names. And we marched on the streets and were using "in your face" tactics via YouTube and the Internet. Twitter was not around then.

I think that I saw one or two posts by DUers wondering whether they are hypocrite. I think that there is some element here.

I know, had the Internet and YouTube were around in the 90s they were going to go after Clinton. As it were, they "only" had talk radio. But we sharpened the "in your face" tactic during the Bush years.

4. Last post on January 16?
Doesn't sound "active" to me. Maybe we should change it to the "Prosecute Group."

15. Surprised it's not active. The Trotskyite mob were pushing for Obama's impeachment on inauguration
day. Guess they didn't know about this group.
