up, down, and around.

LK: "You have shut down 32 media (outlets). (free speech, yadda yadda) Are you going to shut down Globo(vision?)?"

Huguito: "That's not true. CHOMSKY, you know CHOMSKY? He visited us and said that if your (outlet, CNN) broadcast appeals for a coup or to assassinate your president, not only would they be shut down, but would be charged with crimes..."

LK: "WE said those things on CNN?!1"

Huguito: "No, no, IF you said those things... (Those 32 outlets) broke the law."

LK: "So my question was, are you going to shut down Globovision?

Huguito: "I don't know!1 If they continue to exhort for a coup and to assassinate me, it's up to them!1"

3. To be fair the translator is weak.

It's a hard thing to do, but I've heard several basic mistakes in her translation that really mix up the meanings.
