The G# summits have come to remind me of Veisha at ISU...
that erstwhile gathering on campus that never fails to meet expectations that it will periodically devolve into a riot. The people of the state wring their hands and hem and haw and the college administrators threaten doom and gloom and law enforcement comes out to crack heads. Before you break out your flame throwers, let me explain. These protests have come to serve little more than a vent for public frustrations and provide a media circus. I get as aggravated anymore by those among us who sit and salivate in anticipation of violence erupting and scorekeeping for heads cracked. Why not coordinate efforts to work toward change between nations rather than making certain that more discord is sown?
