The Sauk Valley Newspapers serve a conservative district in western Illinois that used to be the home district of Dennis Hastert. Currently there is a first-term democrat (Rep. Bill Foster) in that man's office, and he is on the record as supporting the public option.

My response is the same: I can't vote in this poll, because the choices aren't specific enough.

It's very important to me that authentic, liberal, people-friendly health care reform gets passed this year.

It's not at all important that health insurance reforms benefiting the industry get passed.
