War criminals walk freely among us and you expect health care?

Wouldn't it be nice and tidy if corruption could be compartmentalized like that so you could get what you wanted and just ignore the rest.

It never works that way, a lack of conscience always prevails above all else. If torturing others doesn't matter, if a conspiracy to commit war doesn't matter, if rigging elections doesn't matter, if outing CIA agents doesn't matter, just WTF makes anyone think their own personal health care matters?

I don't recall this prez being idle. And all the OP wrote are talking points regarding the previous admin that haven't been either challenged or corrected yet. Give the Dems a break already. Or don't.

It's interesting. Torture and it's supporting legal infrastructure, Gates and his sordid neo-con history, Tauzin, insurance industry, the open wars in iraq and afghanistan and covert in pakistan are all being repackaged and sold as now based in progressive ideals because we supposedly have a progressive president who apparently doesn't think it is important to apply the rule of law across the board. If torture isn't an important enough crime to prosecute why would sleazy drug lobbyists and criminal insurance companies be a problem. Gates is now a good guy, Tauzin gets upteen private meetings with the president, the insurance industry has our best interests at heart therefore they remain in charge, the illegal wars continue and criminal torturers and unregulated wall street scammers roam free.

What is most outrageous is the absurd notion that the insurance industry will stop denying care. Why would they need to obey the law. They bought the lawmakers.
