Is that kind of destructive bullshitter Who isn't really very good at it, but thinks they are.

So on whatever topic or behavior, they think you don't know that they're actually full of shit. Where it gets creepier is when certain types of people DON'T know or can't tell, either never learned or never needed bullshit spotting skills. So the bad bullshitter gets that behavior reinforced. Keeps doing 'it' whatever 'it' may be
