Trent Franks official website will not permit emails from non-constituents.
I wanted to tell the little ass-hat what I thought of his calling President Obama an 'enemy of humanity". If anyone reading this happens to reside in his Arizona district(you have my sympathy), please drop him a line to let him know that Atticus has nominated him for the First Weekly Self-Righteous Snotty Whiner Award.

1. and exactly how does his website know if a sender is in his district?
I should think that there's a way around it, whatever it is that prevents sending a message.

2. Don't know ,exactly, but when I typed message and hit "send",
I was told that, due to high volume, only emails from residents of his Congressional district would be received by the Congressman. It went on to invite me to send him a letter. If you know how to bypass his filter, I'd be happy to do it.

4. It is usually zip code related
My Congress person's web site ask for your zip code. Just use google maps to look up the zip of a city in his district.

6. Use a zip code for his district... like, "oops, my fingers slipped"... 86401, 86402
for Kingman, AZ.
