We pulled together and elected Obama and ridded ourselves of the moron gw last election, but now the planet is saddled with angela merckel in germany, netanyahou in israel, sarkozy in france, ahmadinejad in iran and australia has gone rightwing for the last two elections, and poor, pathetic england is going rightwing too again in the next election.

I'm to the point that it's all a fucking head game and we're all in danger of local glen beck wannabes winning over too many elections in every lower level political races in the next cycle, then we'll really be fucked.

If Obama doesn't pull something out of his ass pretty soon, and get a single payer healthcare plan, or some reasonable facsimile "option" passed, we my friends, just might be one of the last vestiges of true democracy of a so called civilized, industrialized nation left on this planet.

We're in trouble and Obama and company needs to step it up asap.

Damn guy, Obama took over amidst the worst economy since the great depression. He got a few things on his plate! They say we will have a bill by Christmas, and Rep. Keith Ellison says we only have the votes to pass a bill WITH a PO, so what say we wait and see what happens? Once we get a bill to conference, then we can shape it like we want it.

Rome wasn't built in day, I'll give you that, but more needs to be done. The fucking blue dog dems are KILLING us.

Once we get something, anything, passed, it goes to conference. That is where the blue dog factor disappears. We have people like Pelosi who says she will not pass a bill w/o a PO, and we have the naysayers far outweighed.
