13. Says one thing and he's ready to be president. This is why we get such crappy presidents.

14. He actually said something rather specific, not like the utter mush I've
listened to my entire voting life.

Actually, corporate purchase of the office is why we get such crappy Presidents.

15. He has a very impressive biography,
and is saying what needs to be said right now, which none of his senior colleagues could muster the courage to do.

Besides, the earliest he'd be able to run for president is frickin 2016!

19. I respectfully disagree
True, Obama's been a centrist, disappointing to those of us here on the left. However, the last time this happened was in the 90's, and Clinton achieved re-election... and that was in the midst of the so-called "Republican Revolution".

Of course, only time will tell.

20. Dude, lighten up.
We're all just doing a little "white picket fencing", like one does when one first falls for a new boyfriend/girlfriend. Nobody here is launching a campaign. We're just having a little daydreaming fun.

Besides, I bet Grayson will wipe the floor with the Palin/Prejean ticket.

7. 99.9 repeating% sure I'd support it.
He's done great things, so far. He got Republicans to vote for a bill proposed by a democrat! (teach the constitution bill.)

I still don't know where he stands on many issues. I suspect his positions are good, and it would take a hell of a lot to break this deal, but it's still conceivable.

Does he have an issues page somewhere?

10. If more Democrats on the Hill took Grayson's approach showing
the strength to stand and fight, the GOP would soon back down.

Another person who has impressed me in the Health Care fight
has been Senator Rockefeller. In Committee, he has stood his
ground.

Go Grayson. We need more like you. Americans need to see Democrats
who believe enough in something that they will fight.

12. Agreed. They keep backing Dems into a corner only because that's been working for them
If congressional Dems all stood on principle the debate would be completely different and the GOP would be in serious trouble.
