2. IMO, you should have gotten the plate number, description of the driver...
...and called the Secret Service. I can understand being mad ~~ but I think it would have made the asshole's day to get a visit from the men from UNCLE.

9. Is it something that is really reportable?
I saw where he turned so I know I can drive by and probably get his license plate and address. He had another sticker that said something about the war on drugs and buying a gun.
