Hey freepers, why didn't Rush Limbaugh get the punishment he wants everyone else to have?

I mean, how else can Limbaugh abuse drugs and get a pittance of "discipline" while bashing drug abusers, who get far more in the way of punishment?

(uh-oh. Which little piggy went to the market, abused it, got arrested for it, and eventually never walked his talk? That's right!! Rushie!)

These tough sentencing laws were instituted for a reason. The American people, including liberals, demanded them. Don't you remember the crack cocaine epidemic? Crack babies and out-of-control murder rates? Liberal judges giving the bad guys slaps on the wrist? Finally we got tough, and the crime rate has been falling ever since, so what's wrong?

6. Limbaugh doesn't consider himself a drug abuser - he sees himself

as a victim. I heard him saying....and the medication that I was prescribed. He hasn't taken responsibility, it's all their fault. He's not a drug abuser, he was an innocent babe that something terrible happened to. :grr:
