Orly Actually Filed This in Federal Court
In her most recent crazy filing, the one that is going to land her a $10,000 fine at the very least, she asked Judge Land to recuse himself from her case for various insane reasons, not the least of which was that she had a witness who saw Eric Holder in the vicinity of the Georgia courthouse! And she had an affidavit to prove it. Well, she forgot to include the affidavit with her pleading, but she did have a http://www.scribd.com/doc/20559637/Orly-Taitz-Motion-to-Recuse-Judge-Clay-Land-Oct-2-2009">cover page: Affidavit A: Eric Holder's Visit to Columbus, Georgia

The affidavit itself was filed a few days later.

Ladies & Gentlemen, here is PROOF that the Obama Administration attempted to Obstruct Justice by Leaning on a Federal Judge!

link

On the day of the hearing for Major Stephen Cook before Federal Judge Clay D. Land, Columbus, Ga, my wife, my wife's sister, her husband and I had entered the little coffee shop directly across the street from the Court House while waiting for the doors to open to the public. I was sitting in the small seating area, set aside for their customers, while facing and looking directly at the entrance to the shop. All persons entering had to pass withing (sic) 8-10 feet from where I was sitting.

I looked up and immediately recognized an individual entering and approaching the serving counter, due to his well know (sic) TV displayed distinguishing features: his trim upper lip mustache, not large of stature and general olive complexion. I new (sic) instantly it was none other than Eric Holder, the current Attorney General of the United States. I called this to the attention of those present and all agreed it appeared to be who I readily recognized. He entered unguarded, no accompanying entourage and probably thought he would not be recognized.

Red flags went up immediately in my mind and the questions remain, as yet. Why does the Attorney General of the United States need to be present in an obscure hearing well off his beaten path? Could it possibly be, since Holder did not present himself in open court, he may have had a little "whisper in the ear" to a Federal Judge in order to bless his judicial vision and adhere to the Presidents (sic) agenda of obstruction?

Robert D. Douglas

I hope Orly gets walloped with the whole $10,000 citation. Eric Holder, by the way, is 6'3"; not many people would call that "not large of stature." And how many people would recognize Eric Holder on the street? But according to the sworn statement of Robert Douglas, every single person in that coffee shop recognized the man there as Eric Holder. When Eric Holder was some 1,500 miles away.

Orly: Try another line of work. Because as an attorney? You suck.

25. He was in CA, but the Freepers claim he had 15 hours to fly to GA
Whisper in the Judge's ear, and fly back to CA to appear at his next event. They also surmise he would do this instead of calling the Judge because phone records are traceable. I kid you not. There is no tale to tall for them, they will buy whatever you've got to sell.

21. So what if someone saw them together. They were in public having
coffee. Last time I checked that wasn't illegal. If Judge Land or Holder had anything to hide don't you think they would have met in private and not in public.

27. Um, they didn't meet, and Holder was not in GA, this is pure fantasy.
And the alleged witness never claimed to have seen them together, if you'll read his affidavit again.

not really sure exactly what she is alleging, exactly. but i think that she is saying that the attorney general is improperly influencing the disposition of a case. right?

I hope the court fines her big time.
