So how many US Presidents have won Nobel Peace Prizes?
There's Jimmy Carter, and now Barack Obama - who else?

11. He didn't lose, the American People and humanity at large did.
Edited on Fri Oct-09-09 11:34 AM by Uncle Joe
Cheney/Bush and the Republicans lost as well, their short sighted, corrupted, incompetent rule combined with the promotion of torture while waging a war based on lies and kicking down an American City while it was drowning has turned that duo in to a couple of the most despised people on the planet, and as a result their political party is at an all time low in the eyes of the American People.

By taking the only logical road left open to him which also happened to be the high road, Al Gore would go on to greatly influence policy and public opinion increasing the chance that humanity can save it self from the looming catastrophe of global warming climate change. Should humanity save it self, President Gore will be considered a major historical champion.
