Listening to Rush replay today: He is really JEALOUS of Obama!

I drove to Oceanside today (for non SoCal folks, that's San Diego County) and happened upon KOGO, a Clear Channel station in San Diego. They apparently do a replay of Rush on Saturdays. I just heard the first hour of it and they were replaying Rush talking about the Olympics. Did you all know he had a song made up, sung by (what sounds like school children) about HIM, Rush? LOL!!!!!!!!!:D It's like he wants kids to sing about him the way they sang about Obama. And when he talks about how the press "protects" Obama--LOL!!!!!!!!!!! :D---it's so amusingly obvious.

Rush is jealous as hell.

Who wouldn't be? Obama is the anti-Rush: he's thin, good looking, well educated, respected, liked, and admired by the world.

Against Obama, Rush looks like the pathetic little screaming troll that he is.

THAT, ladies and gentleman, is what is behind all the animus: Rush is REALLY jealous. You can hear it in his voice. And he kept playing that clip of children singing a song about Rush (yeah, I know, who would let their kids do that) but he really wants to BE Obama.

And he can't.

He never will be.

He attracts the fearful, the mean spirited, the judgmental, the insecure and the ignorant. Their world would explode if they found his omniscience has a foundation of hot air of his own making.

Those anal cysts didn't win him military heroism. Those years behind the microphone didn't win him the type of respect that will endure beyond his life. He has money but little else. He can try buying NFL teams. He can call his network Excellence in Broadcasting. But there's no way all that money and notoriety can ever bring him the type of immortality of someone who has actually contributed to bettering the world. Limbaugh has spent his life trying to tear others down but contributing nothing to society.

I think he had some glimmer of how screwy and hypocritical he was sounding. :thumbsdown:
