Olbermann Viciously Attacks Sarah Palin, Newsmax over Bestseller Status!
Dear Newsmax Reader:

Left-wing TV entertainer Keith Olbermann said on MSNBC this week that the only reason Sarah Palin's book is hitting the top of the online best-seller lists is because "right-wing" blogs — he then showed a picture of Newsmax's Web site — are buying the book in "bulk" to pump up sales.

This is an outrageous lie — but not surprising from Olbermann.

It's true Sarah Palin's book is hitting the top of the online charts.

But the truth is that Newsmax has not purchased one book from Amazon.

In fact, we are offering the book both FREE and at an incredible discount to Amazon.

And this book is selling like hot cakes!

Sarah Palin's new book, "Going Rogue: An American Life," is due out on Nov. 17.

Newsmax wants you to get this book, which is being touted as offering "sensational revelations."

Newsmax will be among the first to have copies of Palin's book.

We have two incredible offers for Palin's book for you.

To order it early:

Great Offer #1!

Get Sarah's book with our FREE Offer with Newsmax magazine — Go Here Now.

Great Offer #2!

Get Sarah's book for just $8.95 — save more than $20 off the cover price and buy it much, much cheaper than Amazon — Go Here Now.

Please Remember: The $8.95 offer is not available for current or former subscribers to Newsmax magazine! If you are a subscriber you can get the book FREE by renewing early — Go Here Now.

Thank you.

1. They're 'telling' the 'truth'
I'm sure they purchase the books direct from the publisher, at a steep discount, and not "from Amazon."

9. I thought that was an odd statement too!
Why didn't they just say they had not purchased the books without the amazon part? It made me think they were looking for a loophole.....

4. NewsMax knows its audience
And its audience isn't really bright enough to notice that NewsMax is denying a charge that wasn't made.

6. We Didn't Buy ANY Of Those Books!!!
...............but we have millions here for people who want them. Interesting how they can own millions of copies of something they didn't buy in bulk. How can even the most MORONIC right-wing mouth-breathers NOT be offended at how stupid Rupert Murdoch thinks they are?

13. did keith say it was on top of the "online" best seller lists or just best seller lists?
Not to defend Newsmax, but if Keith was suggesting that the reason that the book was a number one seller for the online retailers (which would include Amazon), then bulk purchases from the publisher wouldn't matter -- the sales figures would be misleading only if bulk purchases are being made from online retailers. Maybe that is what is happening. However, its just as likely that an initial surge of pre-orders occurred on amazon, barnes and noble et al. It would be foolish to think that the palin's followers wouldn't want her book. But its a limited universe, as reflected by the fact that after a couple of weeks, she's fallen to third or fourth on those best seller lists, while Dan Brown's book (which got pretty crappy reviews) is ahead of it even though it was first available for pre-order more than four months ago.

19. Maybe you "misread"
Whatever the case you, I and everyone else still can't deny, is the "Fact" that Sarah Palin's book is #1 on the list, and the very mention of her name worries the left more than anything else. So, what has a President who apologizes to the world, and shows weakness accomplished in almost 1 year? Everytime he speaks about the economy the stock market "plunges".....:rofl::rofl:
Maybe Keith Olbermann should ask Richard Wolffe to appear more and "reach" for any bs he can find. Remember, he used to work at "Fox"but was "fired"..........:eyes::eyes::eyes::eyes::eyes:Wonder why he is "obsessed with reporting what Fox does, instead of reporting events? Go figure...

21. reading comprehension not your strong suit
Sarah's book was number one on the amazon list for a nanosecond. It currently resides at number three after only 14 days in the top 100, behind Dan Brown's latest (which is number two after 176 weeks on Amazon's top 100) and a children's book that is number one and has been on the top 100 for two months longer than sarah's book.

I imagine it will spike up again somewhat after its actually published, but then will fall back down again. No one is surprised that sarah's unthinking followers would put their hard earned money down for her book. What surprises most people is the idea that those book purchasers actually know how to read.

BTW, what toppings to do you like on your pizza?
