Help Defeat Michele Bachmann

Please. I live in her district.

Her opponent, Assistant Majority Leader Senator Tarryl Clark (Minnesota State Senate), was on Ed Schultz's radio show today. Hopefully you caught it.

The fundraising results just came out and Tarryl raised more than $300,000 in just over 2 months. Amazing! Bachmann's response, run a fundraiser. This District needs all the help it can get. Please donate.

(I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing woman Tarryl is. She is the only candidate who can beat Bachmann. And Tarryl is politically savvy, and would not have run unless she saw a path to victory.)

She's very impressive.

We all know that Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) has said and done some amazingly crazy things. From secret plans to divide Iraq to groping President Bush to claiming on the Chris Matthews show that members of Congress were "anti-American." These are but a few examples. There are so many, many more.

We all know that she does these things because she's playing to the Republican party base. The people who love her believe her when she rants about her latest conspiracy theory. They share her hate for Obama.

While she's been a very aggressive fundraiser, She's also been a traditional fundraiser up until now. So she must be learning from her good buddy, Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) -- She put up a request for donations that has received about $111,000 in the last day and a half.
