Obama, Bill Clinton To Campaign With Deeds, fundraiser with Gore

President Barack Obama and former President Bill Clinton will campaign with Virginia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Creigh Deeds over the next two weeks.

A Deeds campaign spokesman says Clinton will campaign with Deeds Tuesday in northern Virginia, most likely in Arlington or Alexandria. Obama will be in Virginia with Deeds on Oct. 27, but no other details are available.

Obama was the first Democratic presidential candidate to win in Virginia in 44 years. He campaigned with Deeds earlier this summer.

Deeds also is having a fundraiser Friday night in McLean with former Vice President Al Gore.
