A Colorado sheriff's deputy responded to a 911 hang-up in February at the home, hearing a man yelling and noticing Mayumi Heene had a mark on her cheek and broken blood vessels in her left eye. She said it was because of a problem with her contacts.

Richard Heene said he was yelling because his children stayed up past their bedtime. The husband and wife said nothing had happened, and the deputy concluded he did not have probable cause to make an arrest."

Clearly the guy has serious issues but I'm really concerned about his kids especially if he is charged and/or doesn't get continued attention. I think Falcon was throwing up out of fear, I suspect the father really laid into him for messing up his plans for glory. That child is going to have serious issues through out his life.

9. I agree about the boy. I think he vomited out of fear, too.

I used to live in Fort Collins, and one observation I'll provide is that the city is very controversy-averse. It's a very squeaky-clean bourgeois atmosphere in which few like to rock the boat. To me, tell-tale signs of abuse exist in that family, and if I were the Larimer County Sheriff, I'd have CPS over there to interview them yesterday.

13. Larimer County...

The sheriff from Larimer is a cross between Barney Fife, Inspector Clouseau, and Inpector Gadget...His department could find a dead body, in a trunk, with 6 45 caliber bullet wounds in the head, and rule it a suicide...case closed.

"It appears to be a suicide Sheriff, as soon as we recover the weapon we'll send it to CBI for some ballistics" said the detective.

"There was no weapon in the trunk, doesn't that seems odd"? asks Mr. Sheriff.

"No, but we have some leads" replies the detective.

"Good work Barney! I'll notify the family."

14. As the survivor of marriage to a narcissist, I disagree.

Narcissists are not usually physically violent, because they desperately fear being found out. They are usually successful at manipulating people without resorting to physical means. They batter emotionally, but not in a way that will involve law enforcement.

I think the guy is a psychopath.
