1. True, indeed.

I am sick of alleged deficit hawks writing blank checks for wars but refusing to spend an extra dime to help the American people.

Even the President is guilty. He claims to want his "health insurance reform" package to be "deficit neutral." Why? Why? Why not spend money to improve the health of Americans? If we can spend money to kill Iraqis and Afghans, then we can spend money to help Americans.
