The GOP is FUCKED...Lost is not the TERM....Hapless, Witless, and Clueless
Without Wit, Not Happy, and Flummoxed....they plod on with HATE and DIVIDE/CONQUER Game Plans

All they do is denigrate others to make themselves look better..and those poor loser moves they make are Classic Bully BEHAVIOR.

Stunningly outta touch...they hired Mike Steele ...who has been stellar for the Dems. Bobby Jindhal is another Joke...very much Newmenesque...he destroyed his presidential aspirations in one night. He is Toast

The others of note are all lacking...no ideas other than cut taxes..

And they wonder why they hover at a dismal 18%...

2. We'll see if that is correct 13 months from now
I hope you are right and 2010 turns out to be a loser for them. But if unemployment stays high, we may see a typical mid-term election where the party in power loses seats.

6. A few weeks ago, NPR's Cokie Roberts compared 2009 with 1993...
...alluding to the possibility the GOP will retake Congress in 2010 ala Newt Gingrich's "1994 Revolution."

Don't think so, Cokie...not even with you and your ilk whoring for the right-wingers...the American people have had it with the bullshit.

20. OK, but it swung their way since the '90's, so it's still our turn - besides,
when we have takin America to the left as far as it went to the right since Nixon, we probably really would be "socialist", for most people rather than just rof the rich as we are now.
We have a very long way to go, and must re-organize to get out votes in '10 and in '12.

27. We're not doing too well
with "our turn" so far, and I can't help being skeptical about our chances in '10 and '12 if we don't turn it around immediately. The ConservaDems currently in power seem loathe to let it happen, too. Sorry, losing heart reapidly.

49. Incorrect.
I think you've described many GOP voters. The party leadership, however, has been pretty clear on what they support, and have been faithful to their cause (feudalism).

It's the apologists who sound stupid and befuddled, as the GOP's agenda becomes further removed from American and world reality. They may appear to be getting crazier, but they are merely staying on-message as best they can.

Stupid voting will result in Stoopid Leaders....who all say COUNTRY FIRST but when push comes to shove...they are exploiters of the worst kind...
