Oprah to interview Sarah Palin

Oprah Winfrey will interview former Alaska governor Sarah Palin on her talk show on Nov. 16. Winfrey will get the first interview that the former vice presidential candidate is giving to promote her new book, "Going Rogue."

"ollowing her decision to step down as governor of her home state of Alaska, and on the eve of the release of her first book, Palin will speak first to Oprah in a world exclusive interview," a statement from Oprah's production company said on Tuesday.

8. What is Oprah like when interviewing politicians?

I don't watch Oprah, is she likely just going to be lobbing a bunch of softballs at Palin? (Although, I guess that even a softball can sometimes be too hard for Caribou Barbie - I mean, "which magagazines and newspapers do you read?" should not have been difficult, and we saw how that turned out.)

I have this feeling that Palin could come out of this interview looking like a hard working down to earth mom, but I'm only guessing based on Oprah's target demographic. I really hope that Oprah shows Palin as the lazy, delusional, narcissistic, stupid, ignorant, washed up hack that we all know she is.
